Company Introduction

With approval of P.R.China National Development and Reform Commission,Ningbo Longjia Motorcycle Co.,Ltd is listed as a professional motorcycle manufacturing enterprise in state bulletin catalogue,and has self-export authority on its products.
Located in the developed Yangtze Delta,the company is 60km east to NingBo Beilun Harbor,entitled orient big harbor,and 110km west to Hangzhou-the provincial capital of Zhejiang,with Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Express way running through and Hangzhou Bay Bridge under construction carrying Cixi city directly to the metropolis Shanghai.The company covers an area of 40.000sqm,among which 32.000sqm are used as office building and standard factory buildings.It has a product line for production of 200.000 motorcycles and 200.000 engines per year respectively.

The company has set up a complete matching network and owns a large number of excellent fittings suppliers.In addition.there is a team of well-educated and professional motorcycle technicians in the company,among whom 50 technicians are of middle or high levels.

In cooperation with Changling Group,the company has set up a state-level motorcycle certification laboratory in Changchun city,in which all series of experiments on the Longjia motorcycle can be done,such as new product development,application of patent techniques,trliability tests of components and parts matching tests of finished motor's perfomance,tests of exhaust emissions,noise measurement and etc.

The company has developed a set of mature quality control control procedure.In January 2003,the company passed ISO9001:2000 quality certification,and in March the same year,all Longjia brand motorcycles and engines won"CCC"certificate issued by China Quality Certification Center.In December 2004,the company successfulty passed the Motorcycle Production Admittance Examination sponsored by P.R.China National Development and Reform Commission.
